After appearing on Landscape Artist of the Year in 2019, I went back to Herstmonceux to paint the observatory. This painting is of one of the observatory stations being observed by some UFO’s. This painting was painted on a much smaller scale than my usual B-movie/Folklore canvases and have yet to decide what to do with it. I enjoy the colours and love its charming nature of this landscape, which is only enhanced for me with the unidentified flying objects above.
