A monstrous wolf from Norse Mythology.
According to the myths, Fenrir is one of the offspring of the trickster god Loki and the giantess Angrboda. It’s said that Loki himself gave birth to Fenrir, after eating the heart of a giantess., the witch Angerbotha.
Fenrir represents the forces of evil and chaos against the goodness and order of the Aesir gods, playing a key role during the events of Ragnarok, where he is foretold to assist in setting the world aflame, resulting in the collapse of humanity and society, and killing the god Odin.
